Good Morning Paper Bead Friends!

Hope you are all doing well and are enjoying our springtime! Me, I’ve been doing great! Now, newly retired, I am having a blast with my paper beads and other fun beading projects! I’ve recently become obsessed with fun, chunky and colorful glass beads! I can’t have enough of them! I’ve started making some sun catchers/windchimes and loving how they are turning out! Above are a few of those I’ve made (sorry for the horrible pics but wanted you to see them!) I plan to list them sometime over the next week or so and will have better pics to show them off! I will have different sizes, some with bells and some with charms. They add so much color and shine, a great window or garden decoration!

I’d love to know your thoughts! Do you decorate your windows or garden areas? Is this something you would enjoy seeing in the shop? Good Morning Paper Bead Friends and Happy Holidays to You All! I hope you had a safe and relaxful Thanksgiving Day! We most certainly did! This was the first year I’ve not cooked. Mark and I went to spend Thanksgiving with my Mom, who is currently living in an assisted living facility about an hour and a half away from us. We had a nice visit and I am thankful to have had one more holiday with her.

Things have been so crazy busy around here, with me back to working full time and my daughter Caitlyn and her boyfriend buying their own place, lots of changes! I miss her terribly but and so proud of her for taking that step! Feeling a bit sad that I don’t have the time I’m use to for beading. I really am missing that and am hopeful mid 2025, that will change… (fingers crossed)

For now, the above three holiday designs are the last of new sets for 2024. Already working on plenty to debut for 2025 and I can’t wait to show you! Hello Paper Bead Friends!

I hope your weekend is off to a good start! Mine sure is but I could certainly use some sunshine here in the great Pacific Northwest!
